What are your plans for Thanksgiving this year? I never imagined back in March that the pandemic would still be affecting us in November, but here we are. As of now we’re still planning on a small get-together with family, but even that seems up in the air these days.
I put together a few outfits that will work for a variety of Thanksgiving plans–and also just look cute for fall if you don’t celebrate Thanksgiving where you live.
{casual at home}
For a casual Thanksgiving at home, comfort is key. 2020 feels like the year of the sweatshirt, so choose a soft, comfy one and embrace the coziness. Because my sweatshirt is on the shorter side, I’m pairing it with jeans, but leggings would obviously be even more comfortable.
{small family get-together}
If your family likes to pull out all the stops and get fancied up for holidays, by all means, do that. We keep things pretty casual around here though, so something like this–a comfy but cute sweater, jeans, and boots–is what I’ll wear this year.
{zoom Friendsgiving}
Why not make a virtual get-together feel a little more special by dressing up a little? I think it’s the perfect occasion, and since you’ll be inside you can skip the tights no matter the weather.
What will you be doing for Thanksgiving this year?
