Why did you start blogging?
I started blogging because I found myself spending more and more time on the internet reading blogs, and relying on them more than anything else for style and food inspiration. I wanted to be a part of the awesome blogging community!
How do you take your outfit photos?
Unless stated otherwise, my husband Aaron takes my photos. I’m very lucky to have him–he puts up with all my photo shoot “directing”. (Did you get one like this? How about like that?…)
What kind of camera do you use?
Since June of 2012 I’ve been using a Canon Rebel T3i. I’m by no means a photography expert and I’m still learning how to use it.
Have you always loved to cook?
I’ve always loved helping my mom in the kitchen (she’s a wonderful cook!), but it wasn’t until I was in high school that I began wanting to experiment in the kitchen. That was around the time the Food Network started, and I became engrossed with trying new recipes and ideas.
Do you make money from this blog?
So far, I have not been offering sponsor ads, but I would like to in the future. However, I do use Shopsense by ShopStyle affiliate links when I link to products in my outfit posts.
