When you think of wardrobe staples, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? For me, one of the top things on that list is a cardigan. And, if I’m being honest, it would be cardigans; one just isn’t enough. Inspired by Anne and Jenn’s #momstyleremix prompt this week, I’m styling this current favorite coral cardigan for a work look.
Pairing a bright cardigan with a neutral skirt, like this comfy drawstring-waist one, is a go-to outfit combination for me. Since both the cardigan and the skirt are on the long side, I tuck in my top to keep the combination from looking sloppy. Also, it may not be the most leg-lengthening choice, but I couldn’t help but add my new striped espadrilles for a summery feel.
