I love to cook, but to be honest it’s wonderful when Aaron decides to grill our dinner every now and again. Since the weather has been so nice lately we’ve had dinner on the grill fairly often.
Recently, I made some kebabs with chicken, bacon, and vegetables for Aaron to grill up. This was another recipe I got from The Kansas City Star, only I used chicken tenderloins instead of the lamb that the recipe called for. (If you’d like a printable version just go here.)
The chicken was rubbed with a mixture of cilantro, cumin, paprika, garlic and oil and skewered with bacon. I made the vegetable skewers separately, alternating peppers and onions. I cooked some orzo as an easy side, and without much work from me, dinner was served!
