I make some sort of Asian stir-fry dish at least a couple times a month. I love how quick and easy they are to prepare, and it’s always fun experimenting with unique new ingredients. Plus, as long as I don’t get too crazy with the vegetables, I haven’t found one yet that Aaron doesn’t love.
This time, I tried some Spicy Szechuan Noodles with Pork from my Joy of Cooking calendar. It has many stir-fry all-star ingredients, like soy sauce, ginger, and chile pepper. The additions of a new-to-me ingredient, Chinese black bean sauce, and ground pork as opposed to my usual sliced chicken made this dish taste fresh and new.
Once again this stir-fry was a hit! For a printable recipe just go here.
