Don't You Come Back No More

Wasn't it just a few days ago that I was waxing poetic about spring? I seem to have spoken too soon: this weekend, we were blessed with snow. And by blessed, I mean cursed. I already moved my heavy sweaters and jackets to my basement, so I hope winter decides to pack its bags and hit the road. Until then, I suppose I'll be living in layers.

I donned a sweater and a scarf, but I was thinking longingly about spring as I chose the color palette for this outfit (which I wore before it snowed). Here's hoping this sweater weather doesn't last!

Pink sweater: Gap; bootcut jeans: Loft; purple and turquoise cluster earrings: Kohl's; turquoise print scarf: World Market; tan skinny belt: Target; gray slingback pumps: Naturalizer

Song: Hit the Road Jack by Ray Charles
