Whenever, Wherever

This is what I consider to be an "all-purpose outfit". It's casual enough for the weekend or a day off, but because cords take the place of jeans, it's okay for some work environments. I didn't wear it subbing (but I probably could have) but I did wear it to my last day at Loft. That's right, goodbye ridiculously awesome discount! Sniff. I really enjoyed that job, but I'm going to be starting a long-term substitute job soon and I will have no extra time to work there. Which I felt a little less sad about as I was removing the tissue paper from each individual button on several stacks of jackets. Those kinds of tedious tasks I will not miss.

Well, due to the fact that my fingers hurt from the above-mentioned button work, and to the fact that I feel like doing this (picture below), I'm going to call it a night.

Shirt: Gap; tank (under): Old Navy; pants: Loft; necklace: c/o Fenno Fashion; shoes: American Eagle; houseplant that I'm trying my darndest not to kill: my mom (see what I mean about the gifts?)
