To spread the love to my friends at work, I made chocolate cake balls. Nothings says love like chocolate, at least in my opinion. I've been wanting to make these for a while, since I saw Bakerella's red velvet version. But not surprisingly, I went the chocolate chocolate chocolate route. I used dark chocolate cake mix, traditional chocolate frosting, and chocolate bark for dipping. Everything went smoothly until I got to the dipping. There was a bit of a struggle between me and the chocolate bark; I won, but as you can see the cake balls look a little worse for the wear. Nevertheless, they tasted fantastic.
