Dinner Tonight: Malorie's Pad Thai

So for dinner tonight I made this yummy Pad Thai from my friend Malorie's cooking blog, Malorie Cooks!  In her recipe she used tofu, but I substituted chicken.  We're just not that brave yet, my friends.  Also, I eliminated the mung bean sprouts.  Aaron gets scared when he hears things like mung bean sprouts.  But despite those changes, it was delicious!  It was very salty, so if I made it again I would be a little more careful adding the soy sauce and fish sauce (I probably added too much--I'm not one for measuring).  This was a great recipe, thanks Malorie!  You should try this recipe and check out Malorie's blog!
