Chicken Kicker

I'm all for finding new ways to cook up the oh-so-reliable, but occasionally boring bonleless skinless chicken breast.  Tonight, I decided to try an oven-fried version with dry Ranch dressing mix in the breading.  I was not expecting a big difference, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the chicken's slightly tangy flavor.

To add some Ranchy flavor to your chicken, just add a packet of dry dressing mix to the flour on your breading station (flour, eggs, breadcrumbs) the next time you decide to oven or pan-fry.
